Dr. Ty Carzoli is passionate about providing advanced chiropractic care to practice members wishing to eliminate their pain, optimize their wellness potential and live a better life. At Denver Upper Cervical Chiropractic we welcome every member of the family, from babies and children to parents and grandparents. We emphasize a gentle and research-based approach to health care, with a particular emphasis on chiropractic orthospinology.
Dr. Carzoli comes from a large medical family and was initially attracted to emergency medicine. After studying health, human physiology, exercise physiology and nutrition in undergrad, he realized that the majority of issues people are being treated for are things that, if given different circumstances, can be prevented or improved. It was this realization that steered him away from emergency medicine and into a field focusing on prevention and optimizing the bodies ability to regulate itself in a healthy way. “Once I was introduced to the philosophy and concept of chiropractic care, it became the obvious choice for me as my life’s work.”
Student and Philanthropist
While attending Life University, Dr. Carzoli earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as a master’s degree in sports health science, with a focus on exercise physiology and nutrition. As a dual degree student at Life University, Dr. Carzoli was chosen to act as a student ambassador for the Wounded Warrior Project. He and the team he assembled raised over $20,000 through various philanthropic events during their time as Doctoral students and continue to help students carry on these events to benefit WWP.
As an undergraduate student at Florida State University Dr. Carzoli was heavily involved in multiple research labs in the college of Human Science, focusing on cardiovascular and musculoskeletal studies. It was through this experience and the mentorship he received that Dr. Carzoli developed a passion for research and dedicating one’s work to help expand and refine the existing body of science on human health and performance.
